Plumber / Drain Cleaning Technician:


1-Tom Plumber is a professional, service-focused, emergency drain clearing, water damage mitigation and plumbing service company providing services to both commercial and residential properties.

Plumbers / Drain Cleaning Technicians diagnose and repair issues, and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. 

We are looking for a licensed plumber for service, repair and drain work. Compensation will vary depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Must have plumbing license
• Clean, safe driving record
• Strong verbal and written communication; job documentation. 
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities for process. 
• High integrity, advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
• Have a strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than today, everyday!
• Be a competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and management.
• Provide excellent customer service and quality work customer's can rely on. 
• Properly clean and maintain shop work area, equipment and vehicle regularly.
• Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to emergency plumbing jobs.
• Actively participate in all training exercises, company meetings and Friday Breakfast!
• Most importantly, be happy and be the team member everyone wants to work with!
